This homemade electrolyte water is easy to make and helps rehydrate your body naturally using lemon, salt, honey, and water.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups filtered water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt or Himalayan salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or glass.
2. Stir or shake until the salt and honey are fully dissolved.
3. Drink immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
Notes
Use stevia or monk fruit if you prefer sugar-free.
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
