Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning, chicken broth (or white wine), and lemon juice to the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the top. Cook for another 2 minutes to reheat the chicken and meld the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
