- ¼ teaspoon paprika (plus more for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Eggs
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until creamy.
Step 3: Fill the Eggs & Serve
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives or parsley.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
